This Is Genius

I hope it works out.

I only hope that the same amazing openness of information this site is banking on doesn't cause a release of Wikileak employees and the such... It would be ironic, but still disappointing. Still... I smell a legal battle coming.

Update: I've been researching this topic for a while now, and I came up with these - Cryptome.org, Cartome.org, and Cryptome.cn. First off, on the main site, there is a plethora of info, but some of this should be pointless. At least to someone who is not interested in pursuing illegal activities. No person in search of truth in the world needs to see a detailed arial photograph of the NSA. That being said, I'm not entirely sure why I have linked to it. Regardless, the site is a hodgepodge of (hopefully) useless documents, and Cartome is home to related geographic information. That being said Cryptome.cn could serve some useful purpose, as China's notorious grasp for seclusion is inevitably doomed. Still, one wonders what positive purpose this can serve. The most informative articles are those linked from public national news. Still, with one of Wikileak's stated goals being to provide a safe harbor for Asian and sub-Saharan leaks, one can hope for a better, safe medium for whistle blowers (rather than cyrptome's needless, self-congradulatory do-it-your-self conspiracy theory).
